“Painting at the Coors Factory in Golden was surreal. This is a Colorado institution, and the responsibility of creating something worthy of that legacy pushed me to work at a scale and precision I'd never attempted before.”

Inspiration
The brewery sits at the base of the Rocky Mountains, surrounded by the golden hills that gave the town its name. The landscape practically painted itself — I just had to listen to what the place was already saying.
The Process
This was a collaborative production with extensive planning, safety coordination, and lift work. The wall surfaces varied from smooth metal to rough concrete, requiring different preparation for each section. The timeline was tight but the Coors team was incredibly supportive and professional throughout.
Community Impact
The mural is now part of the brewery tour route. Visitors photograph it alongside the historic buildings, and it's helped refresh the facility's visual identity while honoring its heritage.
